Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll be involved in a wide range of HR tasks, like hiring and interviewing, supporting payroll process, new employees onboarding, handling local employees matters, local employees’ engagement activites,... And you’ll also act as point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process for specific roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Support employees onboarding and offboarding
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of local human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form as required by local legislation
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor law regulations
- Organize and plan for internal employee events
- Assist in all tasks related to the lcoal HR function

**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition or generalist HR role
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a MUST
- Flexibility to move around for work-related matters
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- ATS knowledge will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
