Smartt AI is a leading plug-and-play e-commerce enabler in the GCC and Egypt, helping global and regional brands scale across top marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Carrefour, DubaiStore, Styli, and more.We are hiring two Marketplace Onboarding Specialists based in Egypt:

- One focusing on UAE marketplaces
- One focusing on KSA marketplaces (with compliance handled through Sma rtt AI’s license partner in KSA).

**Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral (both roles)**:

- Manage end-to-end onboarding of brands and products across all major and emerging marketplaces in UAE and KSA.
- Current scope includes (but is not limited to):

- UAE: Amazon.ae, Noon UAE, Namshi, Carrefour UAE, DubaiStore
- KSA: Amazon.sa, Noon KSA, Centrepoint, Styli, Carrefour KSA
- Set up accounts, upload catalogs (bulk flat files + manual), create A+ content
- Ensure accuracy of product data (images, attributes, pricing, inventory)
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, logistics, finance) and external category managers.
- Troubleshoot errors, resolve compliance blocks, and ensure fast go-live. Maintain a structured onboarding tracker and submit weekly progress reports.

**UAE-Focused Role**:

- Onboard across Amazon.ae, Noon UAE, Namshi, Carrefour UAE, DubaiStore.
- Manage VAT, trade license, and compliance submissions (via Smartt AI’s UAE entity).
- Build relationships with UAE marketplace category managers to accelerate approvals.

**KSA-Focused Role**:

- Onboard across Amazon.sa, Noon KSA, Centrepoint, Styli, Carrefour KSA.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate compliance through Smartt AI’s 3rd-party license partner (no direct SFDA work required).
- Support logistics for cross-border shipments into KSA.
- Ensure Arabic/English localization of all product listings.

**KPIs / Success Metrics**
- Time-to-live: Account + first SKU live within 4-6 weeks
- Accuracy: 100% error-free uploads (zero compliance rejections).
- Throughput: Onboarding of 50-100 SKUs per week depending on category.
- Proactivity: Issues escalated within 24 hours with suggested solutions.

**Tools & Systems**
- Amazon Seller Central (UAE/KSA)
- Noon Partners Portal (UAE/KSA)
- Namshi Vendor Portal
- Carrefour Vendor Portal
- Excel (advanced level
- especially flat file management)
- ERP/OMS knowledge (advantage)
- Google Sheets, Slack/Teams, Notion (internal coordination)

**Reporting Structure**
- Reports to: Business Development Manager - Works closely with: - Content team (for A+ content, images, translations)
- Logistics team (for FBA/FBM/warehousing coordination)
- Finance team (for VAT, invoice, payout tracking)

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on marketplace onboarding experience (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Carrefour, Jumia, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of catalog uploads, flat files, and compliance documentation.
- Prior experience handling UAE or KSA marketplaces is a must.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously. Based in Egypt, with proven ability to manage remote GCC operations.
