**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Walmart Marketplace Associate** to support our growing e-commerce operations. This role involves managing product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring smooth order processing on Walmart, with the flexibility to support additional marketplaces like **eBay**, **Amazon**, or others as needed. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and excited to help scale multi-channel sales, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and order fulfillment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data and timely shipping.
- Resolve listing errors, order issues, and customer inquiries through the Walmart Seller Center.
- Assist in onboarding and managing additional marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, etc.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost visibility and sales.
- Stay current with Walmart marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm updates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large product catalogs.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Seller Center, ShipStation, Shopify).
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple marketplaces as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-channel listing tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Zentail, Sellbrite).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Background in customer service or order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, or other marketplace operations.
