We're looking for a results-driven Advertising Manager with proven experience managing $1M+ in ad spend, especially in the supplements, wellness, or CPG space.

This role is based in Egypt but will require a deep understanding of the U.S. Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystem and flexible availability to sync with U.S. based teams and timelines.

Position Overview:

The Advertising Manager will own the end-to-end advertising strategy and execution across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP, AMC) and Walmart Connect.

This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic planning, ensuring both marketplaces deliver strong return on ad spend, efficient TACoS, and scalable topline growth. You'll work closely with our Marketplace Strategist Listing team to align advertising with product launches, promotions, and retail health KPIs.

The ideal candidate has proven success scaling CPG or supplement brands, understands both Amazon and Walmart's advertising ecosystems, and can leverage DSP and AMC for advanced audience targeting and measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all paid media for Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, including Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns.
  • Lead audience segmentation and programmatic DSP execution (prospecting, retargeting, cross-channel).
  • Build and maintain AMC dashboards for multi-touch attribution and campaign measurement.
  • Manage Walmart Connect campaigns (Search and Display), ensuring consistent messaging and cross-platform strategy alignment.
  • Partner with the Marketplace Director to set and track performance targets for ROAS, TACoS, NTB%, and share of voice.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities within search and display.
  • Coordinate with content and creative to develop ad copy, visuals, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Manage and report on budget pacing and spend efficiency across both platforms.
  • Develop weekly and monthly advertising reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and integrate tools for automation and advanced analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media for Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect, ideally within CPG, health, or supplement categories.
  • Proven success scaling marketplace brands efficiently (strong ROAS, low TACoS, measurable growth).
  • Direct experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns and interpreting AMC data for actionable insights.
  • Amazon Ads Certification required or ability to complete within 30 days.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Connect interface, ad formats, and optimization strategy.
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or or similar for reporting and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, bidding logic, and attribution models.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear business insights.
  • Comfortable managing six-figure monthly ad budgets and presenting outcomes to executive leadership.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of AMC query building and DSP audience modeling.
  • Experience with automation or optimization tools (Smartsout, Scale Insights, Helium10).
  • Familiarity with Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
  • Experience in premium or wellness CPG brands is a plus.
