is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new clients following the successful completion of the sales process. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the setup and launch of their e-commerce websites, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
:


• Manage client onboarding post-sales handover


• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients


• Collect, review, and validate onboarding requirements and content


• Coordinate e-commerce website setup and launch


• Guide clients through platform features, workflows, and onboarding milestones


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Tech, and Support teams


• Track onboarding progress, timelines, and deliverables


• Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful go-live

Requirements :


• 1-2 years of experience in customer management, client onboarding, or customer success


• Preferably within an e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platform environment


• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and coordination


• Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines


• Familiarity with CRM systems and onboarding tools is a plus
