Business Development Specialist

Aumet facilitates the exchange of data between healthcare providers, manufacturers, and distributors to enable them to make informed business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Client Engagement: Arrange meetings with prospective clients to introduce Aumet's products and services.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Sales Documentation: Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Performance Monitoring: Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices, and provide regular updates on business development activities.
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in business development or sales; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
**Skills**:
Proven ability to develop relationships and manage accounts effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools.
