**Qualifications**
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a network administration role
- CCNA or CCNP certification is a must.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and monitoring Cisco IP telephony solution with landline gateways.
- Knowledge of administrating wireless connectivity to monitor Pre-WiMAX, WIFI outdoor and indoor connections.
- Familiarity with network monitoring solutions such as SolarWinds
- Coordinating with IT staff to plan new network installations or upgrades of existing networks.
- Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting network devices, active components and fiber connection.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize network performance inside internal network.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency) and test for weaknesses to identify areas of improvement.
- Providing technical support to end users.
- Installing and monitoring Anti-virus protection solution to keep data and communications protected.
