Job Purpose

Organizing, coordinating and following up on all of the administrative activities and procedures that facilitate the smooth operation of student admission to the school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Introducing parents and students to the SABIS® Educational System and the school campus.
- Maintaining data and statistics pertaining to inquiries and registration.
- Following-up with parents regarding admissions and admission requirements.
- Working closely with the Office Manager to ensure marketing material is always available and delivered to the appropriate audience.
- Building relationships with embassies, universities, companies, NGOs, nurseries, ministries, etc.
- Registering students for external examinations.
- Handling records and other official documents required by the Ministry of Education.
- Delivering end-of-term reports to parents/students.
- Performing such other related tasks or projects as they arise and/or as delegated by the SABIS® management.

Ideal Requirements:

- English is a must; Local language where applicable
- 1+ years of experience is preferable
- Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
- Communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
