**JOB TITLE**
Senior Network Engineer | MAF Retail | Egypt Head Office

**ROLE SUMMARY**
Role Purpose: The Senior Network Engineer and is responsible for providing an in depth, proactive and reactive analysis of Network Operations to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. The role holder is also responsible for overseeing the security, system maintenance and operational effectiveness of network and telecom systems at Majid Al Futtaim Retail.

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Provide configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, and IP Telephone devices and to utilize network tools to provide support to the Operations Section, keeping in line with MAF Retail’s objectives
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance
- Oversee the troubleshooting network problems and outages, schedule upgrades, collaborate with network architects on network optimization
- Supervise the maintenance of the internet network in MAF Retail offices
- Develop standard forms and procedures to be used by internal team and department, further gain approval from the supervisor in order to aid the process of network support to the entire organisation
- Oversee the monitoring of network system by establishing and enforcing policies
- Direct vulnerability assessments and network health checks in coordination with the security engineer
- Manage and upgrade the network systems and identify and deploy appropriate network device software upgrades

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a network engineering position or a similar role
- Certified CCNA, CCNP Enterprise
- Hands on experience with Cisco ISE, Cisco Fire Power
- CCNP Security, CCNP Enterprise, NSE 5, AZ-500, CCIE
- Excellent command of English language
