The role will be responsible for the Cairo Engineering office Delivery Centre in respect of implementation, delivery and ongoing management for all operations. This includes setting up Office Facilities and IT Infrastructure; HR practices; Financial Management and Reporting; Contract Management and Governance, Government and Public Affairs

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic and Operational responsibilities will include:
Ownership and responsibility of P&L and SG&A part specifically;
Build, manage and take responsibility for the overall Egypt operations in areas of projects delivery / support / staff / performance / quality and look for a ways to increase profitability;
Implement and maintain Egypt service operations organization in Cairo;
- Prepare and implement effective Operations plans in order to attain the Regional and Company goals;
- Oversee the company’s financial performance;
- Supervise and develop the local management team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance;
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the Cairo location and that they are followed at all times;
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies, organizations and unions;
- Build efficient relations, communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners, service providers and authorities in Cairo;
- Master’s degree in IT, business or engineering or finance or economics or other related field and/or 7+ years’ experience in a similar capacity in Egypt;
- Show experience in managing IT or Software Services organizations with a minimum operating expenditure budget of USD 10 million pa and staff size of 300+
- Experience in IT/Software Service Providers will be beneficial;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communicator - high level presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in local language/s desirable) with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels;
- Demonstrate familiarity and clear knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines within legal and market environment in Egypt; Knowledge in the Automotive and Banking Capital Markets industry is a plus
- Risk Management (Regional Oversight);
Understanding of Procurement & Contractor and Finance Management;
