**About the role**:
As** an Account Management Director,** you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of existing client relationships. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Revenue Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets for existing accounts.
- Campaigns and Activity Enhancement: Implement more activities and campaigns to boost conversion rates, commissions, and transaction fees.
- Client Reviews and Tactical Actions: Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews for clients, analyzing program performance KPIs and recommending tactical actions for increased base penetration and revenues.
- Team Management and Development: Lead and develop the account management team to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Senior Management Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior management of existing accounts.
- Collection and Contract Renewal: Oversee collection processes and contract renewals to ensure sustained business relationships.
- Periodical Reviews on Accounts Health: Conduct regular reviews with the team and management to assess account health and revenue budget status.
- Go-to-Market and Communication Strategy: Develop and execute effective go-to-market and communication strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Track record of team management and regional exposure.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- 12+ years’ experience in account management, CRM, and business analysis.
- Technical expertise in data analytics and knowledge of marketing methods.
- BCs in Business Administration or relevant field. Preferable industry experience in Banking, Telecom, or research companies
