We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Brand Director to join our team. As the Brand Director at iSchool, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our brand strategy to ensure consistency and elevate our brand presence in the market. You will lead a team of brand professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand campaigns, create compelling brand messaging, and oversee all aspects of brand communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and expression across all channels.
- Oversee brand campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, events, and sponsorship activities.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and risks to the brand.
- Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve brand objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the brand strategy is aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Lead and manage a team of brand professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand strategies.
- Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Passion for education and a strong understanding of the e-learning industry is a plus.
