**Job Brief**:
The Brand Sales Manager is a mid-to-senior-level professional responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities. This role is crucial in selling company projects, securing service contracts, and establishing retainer agreements. The Brand Sales Manager focuses on achieving ROI targets, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the company’s brand image and meeting revenue goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and execute strategies to sell company projects, ensuring revenue and ROI targets are met.
- Identify and secure retainer contracts for production services to generate consistent revenue.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities across various sectors.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage client accounts post-sale, ensuring smooth handover to operations and production teams.
**Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and governmental entities, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
- Represent the company in meetings and events, effectively promoting its projects and services.
- Collaborate with partners to identify joint opportunities aligned with business objectives.
**Project and Service Promotion**:
- Promote company projects and services through client presentations, networking events, and industry platforms.
- Develop sales materials and proposals that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue achievements, and market insights.
- Analyze client feedback and market data to inform future sales and project strategies.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams to align sales efforts with project deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of project pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Support the creative team in developing impactful pitches and presentations.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
