Software Sales Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Assist in building a database of leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and other resources.
- **Sales Support**:
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about our software products.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- **CRM Management**:
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track sales activities and report on progress.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Share insights with the sales team to improve strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- **Learning and Development**:
- Learn about software sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Gain exposure to the tech industry and software solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
