Cairo, Egypt PEARL INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENTS Full time

Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and inspect the levels of Detergent and its raw materials to identify shortages

Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers

Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus,

Make optimum use of the ERP software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory

Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met..

Collaborate with Sales managers to determine supply requirements in the market

Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies

Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures

Assist in forecasting to plan future orders

Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base

Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees

Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Protect employees by providing a safe and clean store environment

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FMCG: 8 years (required)

**Language**:

- EXCELLENT ENGLISH (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
