Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the accounts payable team and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, accruals, and journal entries. The role involves reviewing and analyzing financial data, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance department to drive efficiency and maintain accuracy in payment processing and account reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage team performance
  • Advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Finance, including accounts payable operations and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Accruals and Journal Entries, ensuring accuracy in accounting records
  • Solid understanding of local accounting standards and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
