**Sector/Organization Overview**:
Professional Education is accountable for developing and implementing market appropriate plans for Customer Education that improve efficiency and effectiveness just as the responsibility to deliver best in class F2F training as needed to different surgical specialties. ProfEd is responsible for developing sustainable local capabilities for implementing innovative solutions and establishing standards of learning and responsible for managing ongoing in market events in very complex region as the middle east both in leadership and execution.
**Summary of the job**:
- Faculty recruitment end to end process.
- EMP ownership for MEA ProfED related procurement.
- Stakeholders’ management along yearly calendar, ensuring smooth aligned BP G&O.
- Working with EMEA event management Team for handling the professional education courses for all ME region, organized courses in EMEA COE and international COEs.
- EMEA ownership and accountability of forecasted and allocated nominations for educational courses on the dashboard.
- JJI LMS Lead, leading end to end recruitment process and metrics reporting.
- Dashboard Ownership (updating the dashboard for organized events)
- Cvent ownership for all Middle East running events.
- AAALAC accreditation management of procurement requirements for the MEA ProfEd venues.
- Working as point of contact for Sharjah Surgical Institute in the UAE, ALEXEA and LRC centers in Egypt.
- Educational Samples handling for all prof. ed. events running across MEA - in adherence to SOPs and with alignment of local stakeholders and regional prof. ed. manager.
- Communicate with JNJ’s travel agency to make sure payments are done as per the related policies.
- Communicating with EMEA team for sharing the Post Event documents on time after the event to be shared to each Business support for each ME region.
- Reconciling financial process on quarterly basis.
- Communicating with the finance team to provide the intercompany invoices each quarter.
- Keep innovating through J&JI: Support Medical society endorsements & Partnerships with right processes to execute alignment with prof. ed. manager strategy.
- Attending regular meetings with prof ed manager in his different connects with CEM’S to be aligned with the ongoing activities and plans.
- Align and cooperate with EMEA prof. ed. managers/event coordinators team.
- Providing each business unit quarterly with a sheet including all the organized events adding all course details (Number of HCP, the amount that has been paid) /Ethicon checklist ownership.
- Make sure the guidelines for blended/F2F courses are implemented and in place for F2F courses
- Track results to ensure meaningful execution and enable measurement of impact:
- Help assess customers’ expectations through ensuring post event surveys are collected, tracked, and analyzed.
- Plan & deliver the samples needed for our local courses.
- Attending EMEA Virtual courses when needed.
- Pre - Event and Post - event activities execution is aligned with Guidelines, J&J processs and timelines.
Ensuring consistent, high-quality service to continually improve customer satisfaction.
- PROXIMIE & Rods & Cones logistics management.
- ProfEd hands on products and simulators inventory management.
- Following up on Profed samples, trainers, simulators shipment from suppliers / different countries in the region.
- Managing endorsements fees, payments for different suppliers.
- Frequent meetings with the Prof. ed. team & managers to brief them on
