People and Office Partner

To support the growth of our organization we are looking for a dynamic and organized People (HR) and Office Partner. You will work closely with the MEA Managing Director and our Business Operations team in the Cairo office, and our Head of People in Amsterdam HQ, to ensure a great employee experience and office environment.

**What will you do?**
- Manage the full employee lifecycle administration from hiring to onboarding, absence management and offboarding for MEA team, based in Cairo office
- Be responsible for the quality of our employee data, files, tools, and systems
- Create employee documents (contracts, employer’s statements, salary letters, etc)
- Maintain our MEA People Handbook and update policies and processes, aligned with our global guidelines
- Take full ownership of our office environment and atmosphere, from liaising with vendors for furniture and office facilities, making sure the stationary is stocked, and working with our fun committee to arrange awesome internal business and social events.
- As you grow in the role you will also have the opportunity to learn more about partnering with the business to drive hiring, talent development, performance management, and more complex employee matters.

**Who are you?**
- You have a Bachelor degree and 1-3 years of experience working in an HR department or as an Office/Admin support
- You are structured, have excellent organizational skills, and high attention to detail
- You are proactive, not scared to ask for help and have a ‘can do’ mentality
- You are business proficient in English and have overall strong communication skills
- You enjoy working with and helping people, and get energy from coordinate and arrange things
- You are professional yet casual, fun, and flexible
