**Role Purpose**:
People Partner delivers People Experience in market with passion on supporting people through their career journey.
As part of the People Experience team - this group of colleagues strives to create and deliver slick processes for every employee journey there is. Interactions with employees will ensure they feel valued, heard and given the right resources and support they need during the most important moments during their careers. The People Partner’s purpose is to make the Moments that Matter come to life for People. The key Moments that Matter which span all the Employee Lifecycles that are being delivered through the different services like HR, Workplace, Technology.
The People Partner will ensure Employees and Line Managers understand the Partnership Model that has been put in place with Technology & Una as a first point of contact for any queries.
**Job Key Responsibilities**:
The People Partner will be able to directly make a positive impact on each key stage of an employee's lifecycle and be the key person to positively influence and shape the employee experience at times which are critical in their career.
The People Partner will deal with different people, stakeholders, including access to senior stakeholders and freedom to work on critical projects.
**Strategic & Organizational** Planning**:
- Org Insights generation using Data analytics reports provided by the Hub
- Support in implementing organizational change, ex. managing job move and exit processes related to organizational changes during re-organization
- Support the function’s contribution to People and Culture business planning
**Talent, Performance & Coaching**:
- Lead the HR grievance, PIP and other disciplinary processes and consequence management
- Supporting on performance improvement to WL1 and WL2 LMs and employees (shared responsibility but level or PP maturity is critical here)
- Drive awareness during talent and performance cycles and Upskilling employees on updating talent data in systems eg Goal completion, 360 feedback, EOY comments entry reporting follow-up and reminders (campaign is area of Expertise and innovation)
- Oversee the attrition and retention risks based on ER agenda and situation in the Business
**Employee Relations**: (Varies based on Country Regulations/Legal Restrictions)
- Take a proactive approach to employee relations, reviewing data and spotting any employee relations trends, recommending solutions and coaching Line Managers to take any actions you feel are the right steps to take/ tackle problems before they grow.
- Guide Leaders and HRBPs in relation to HR policies and procedures (such as performance improvement, grievances, absence management etc), coaching them through the process and ensuring they have a good understanding of the legal requirements. Our role with ER can be very hands-on, writing scripts, creating outcome letters, etc. to support cases through to completion.
Mainly responsible from running of People Partnership within the country, working with Employees, Line Managers, HRBPs and other business partners within the function, the People Partner will:
- Manage onboarding, job move and exit employee engagement. Own the end-to-end employee cycle - partnering line managers and acting as a single point of contact for employees in your function area, through key career moments such as onboarding, role moves locally and globally, career growth, parental leave, time off, exit, etc.
- Provide coaching and support to line managers in employee experience. Empower our employees to be the best version of themselves. Our role is to help Employees, and our business, to thrive. - Manage local EX sprint pipeline and project delivery: Get involved in challenging projects, seeking out opportunities to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient, while keeping employee experience as the utmost priority.
- Create and maintain EX knowledge
- Support Local HR Strategic People Agenda: Work with HRBPs and Leaders to create and deliver project plans for managing any change programmes and reorganisations. As People Partner, specifically, you will play a key role leading any change programme end-to-end, ensuring meaningful consultation takes place, whilst providing guidance and support on process and policy.

- UniVoice process management
- APR process ownership
**Job Qualifications & Preferences**:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years (Human resources experience will be preferred)
- Relevant experience in a People Service Role or HRBP and/or Talent Advisor within a matrix organization on People Partnership
