The Facility Management Section Head role is creating a system to be applied in ME’s diversified projects to deliver a wide range of support and administrative functions. Focusing on assisting and implementing any improvements to the provision of all support functions across the organization. Ensuring that all properties owned or leased by ME are accessible, operational, secured and maintained at all times. DTR: Critical Duties: - Make the financial, technical and managerial planning for the facility management. - Plan, Directs and oversees Maintenance, safety and security, cleaning, pest Control, Gardening and any other additional services. - Ensures best value in the use of resources and seeks efficiencies in the way services are provided through training, development and continuous improvement practices. - Implements and administers Facility Management strategic goals in liaison with the company’s goals. - Ensures that the team promotes the values and behaviors of excellent service at all times. - Continuous improvement of the FM policies and procedures and design all related work templates. - Assigns tasks to appropriate team member(s). - Planning for any emergency situations and respond in fastest way in case it happened. - Helping in choosing the best employees and putting skills and qualifications needed for the job. - Prepare study about maintenance contracts offered by other companies for direct manager. - Identify the new services provided to customers by third-party companies. - Plans, directs and oversees implementation of the department’s workplace, assigned work, activities and projects. - Coordinates overall planning and decision making for maintaining the safety, utility and appearance of the facility. - Prepare monthly reports about workflow state for direct manager or as needed/ requested. - Evaluate emergency situations and flow the solutions till it finish. - Supervise all site managers. - Ensures the service deliveries of maintenance as well as any other support services are compliant with legislation and current good practice relating to the facilities management industry. - Motivates and train a team to ensure it works effectively, meets targets and contributes to the aims and organizational goals. - Evaluates and recommends disciplinary actions as appropriate trains, assigns staff and provides recommendations concerning performance to facility manager. - Implements task plans which ensure that customer’ needs and expectations are actively included. - Utilizes Customers feedback and satisfaction information to enhance the department’s performance and customer experience. - Ensuring that all MABANY for Real Estate Investment equipment’s, furniture and facilities are in working order, to report on the need for repair, upkeep or replacement, and to arrange for the repair, upkeep or replacement as directed.
- Bachelor degree in management. - From 5 to 7 years of experience in facilities management/ or relevant position. - PMP certificate is a Plus.
