Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Team Lead (Mass Hiring), to join our team in our team.
**Job Summary**:
As our Lead Recruiter, you'll spearhead our recruitment efforts, driving strategic initiatives to attract top talent and elevate our recruiting practices. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership & Operations
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists focused on mass hiring projects.
- Monitor daily performance, assign requisitions, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team.
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement bulk hiring strategies tailored to meet large-scale workforce demands.
- Manage recruitment project timelines, reporting, and hiring targets in alignment with business needs.
- Identify sourcing bottlenecks and optimize funnel conversions to reduce time-to-fill.
- Stakeholder & Process Management
- Partner closely with department heads, HRBPs, and operations to forecast hiring needs and deliver hiring solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from planning to onboarding in partnership with HR Operations.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and external vendors or recruitment partners.
- Process Optimization & Compliance
- Implement process improvements and automation tools to scale hiring efficiently.
- Track KPIs: fill rates, time-to-hire, recruiter productivity, and quality of hire.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 1 year of managing a team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.

**Work Setup**:

- Location: The Portal, Sodic West, El-Sheikh Zayed.

- Fridays and Saturdays are off.
