Business Development Manager/executive

Marsh McLennan is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

**We will count on you to**:
- Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify and understand prospect accounts and target sales expansion opportunities.
- Conduct well structured & targeted sales calls with a strong understanding of our internal offerings and product solutions to secure sales meetings.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Create moderately complex and effective sales proposals and presentations for prospective accounts.
- Work to seek the establishment of potential partnerships with Key stakeholders among several sectors
- Close sales deals by negotiating values and pricing structures that align with both business and client needs.
**What you need to have**:
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Risk Advisory, Insurance, B2B Sales, Banking, Private Equity, or Human Capital Services within a business development discipline.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet individual sales targets as an individual contributor.
- Strong understanding of economic principles, market dynamics, and public decision-making, akin to a management consultant.
