Head of Order to Cash Service Delivery

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Head of Order to Cash Service Delivery for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.
**Job Summary**:
The Head of Order to Cash Service Delivery leads the Order to Cash team and manages the entire Invoice to Cash function for the Group by controlling and reviewing billing, channel partner management and receivables of the Operating Companies. This role also ensures effective service delivery of the Invoice to Cash team in line with the agreed SLAs/ KPIs with company’s internal departments and externally with Company’s business partners to handle operations efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accomplish Invoice to Cash service delivery objectives by planning and managing teams’ activities as required
- Supervise and guide teams to achieve overall division objectives while enabling staff to reach their full potential
- Develop and manage strong relations with stakeholders
- Establish effective internal control measurement aligned with corporate and Finance internal control procedures
- Ensure that monthly staff rebate, salary deduction and customer/channel partner (Staff) complaints are addressed within agreed SLA
- Monitor and approve AR system Manual Invoice process, billing system adjustment postings and AR debtors’ schedules preparation
- Perform reviews to confirm partners credit limit are applied with revisions and approvals received for temporary or permanent changes
- Ensure that the channel partner commission are processed as per policy and agreed SLA
- Ensure all month-end or periodic activities are performed as per calendar and accounting adjustment (write-off/write-back etc.) are performed timely in accordance with accounting policies
- Coordinate with Sales and other Departments to effectively address billing and customer/ channel partner concerns/ issues
- Identify, prioritize, and implement various improvement initiatives to lead Invoice to Cash team through sustainable change
- Conduct regular reviews with the teams and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded by the team
- Review escalations and prepare mitigation plans, serving as a primary point of contact for escalation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Accounting/ Finance or related discipline (required)
- Master’s degree in business administration/ Accounting or related discipline
- 12-15 years of related work experience in controlling & monitoring receivables operations & activities, including internal and external stakeholder management, in a large & progressive business organization (required)
- 8+ Experience at a senior position in accounting in Chemical industry
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong mathematical, financial, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with local financial laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English language proficiency.
- Skills:

- Financial & Accounting Acumen: Strong understanding and experience in financial concepts, accounting principles, audit Procedures and financial controls.
- Sector & Industry Knowledge: Experience in similar sector particularly chemicals industry.
- Receivables Management: Strong experience and working knowledge of managing receivables.
- Incentive Management and Accounting: Understanding and experience in incentive management and accounting.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, organizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other relevant software for O2C processes, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Critical Thinking & Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance while balancing stakeholder needs.
- Process Optimization: Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements within Order to Cash cycle.
- Change Management: Proven ability to navigate organizational change and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies to support business transformation initiatives and improve operational effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Awareness of potential risks associated with and ability to implement controls to mitigate them.
