**Order Administrator - Egypt**

We are currently seeking an Order Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of customer orders and providing commercial support to customers. As Order Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks, working closely with Sales and reporting to the Order Management Team Leader.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, post order entry to delivery.
- Supervise and manage order backlog, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and production teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer order inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve order-related issues, such as discrepancies, delays, or pricing concerns.
- Order & Shipment Status critical issues - ensuring that Factory shipments scheduled as per sales POR are on time & shipment status are updated on a weekly basis.
- Under general direction, supervise all global order backlog for potential problems where the order fulfilment flow could stall and work with the proper personnel to resolve those problems
- Continuous active coordination with Factories for on time shipments & escalation of overdue & top priority orders for timely& clean execution
- Ensures that all order specific constraints & milestones are closed for timely & accurate invoicing.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to improve order-to-cash efficiency.
- Adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities
- Adhere to Emerson’s commitment to Environment, Health & Safety as a core business values

**For this Role, You Will Need**:

- Graduate in any field with minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Relationship.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work under pressure.
- Experience managing remote teams.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems.
- MS Office Skills
- Proficiency in setting and achieving SMART goals.
