As a Area Service Delivery Manager - Pressure Pumping - North Africa, you will ensure that our Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless accomplishment, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As a Area Service Delivery Manager - Pressure Pumping - North Africa, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process
- Managing the project budget for assigned area, customer change requests and overall profitability for the business
- Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed
- Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
- Leading and motivating a team to formulate and successfully execute strategies to create winning solutions for customers
- Creating a collaborative working environment, encouraging innovative ways to develop key skills and improvements, while maintaining team culture

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in (preferably in Engineering)
- Have 10+ years of experience in an operations management role in Pressure Pumping
- Have knowledge and experience in Cementing, Production Enhancement and Coiled Tubing Interventions.
- Have 3+ years of Leadership experience
- Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
