**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, contractors, consultants and project managers.
- Research and pursue new opportunities in B2B projects, including offices, hotels, restaurants, real estate developments and commercial spaces.
- Promote the company’s furniture solutions and finishing products to businesses and project stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements, present solutions and provide quotations tailored to project specifications.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the design, procurement and production teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues and provide post-sales support.
- Track ongoing projects, manage timelines and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and updates to the direct manager.
- Gather client feedback to improve products, services and sales strategies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, architects, consultants and interior designers.
- Represent the company professionally during industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and build partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in outdoor B2B sales, specifically in furniture or finishing projects.
- Proven track record in securing projects and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the furniture and finishing industry, including project workflows and client requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
