**Company**: MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt) - **Job Purpose**: Responsible for heading the team in charge of securing the availability of SP that serves workshop requirements periodically according to After Sales Department targets Lead the efforts in maximizing profitability and increasing customer satisfaction **Job Duties and Responsibilities**: - Oversee optimum inventory level of Parts - Analyze parts consumption based on consumption trend - Ensure that perpetual and regular inventory activities are carried out - Attend to customer queries on parts requirements - Monitor local procurements and track consumption - Sustain and check parts workshop issues in mínimal time - Ensure that all parts related documentations are in systematic orders - Provide feedback and necessary action/recovery for any parts discrepancies during transfer - Determine and manage department budget and plans - Evaluate employees’ performance and work progress - Follow up sales and employees in both workshop and sales counters - Follow up customers’ dues and debts on monthly basis - Estimate the required spare parts and order it from CPD - Monitor Spare Parts Outlets “Sales, Debts and Stock” - Train and coach employees to achieve the maximum performance and target - Undertake other duties as assigned by line management **Job Skills and Abilities**: - Excellent in English language - Very good communication skills are a must - Very good computer skills - High Leadership & Supervisory Skills **Qualifications**: - BSC in Engineering Preferable (Automotive or Mechanical) - 15 - 18 years of experience - Sales certificate will be an asset
