**Responsibilities** تحرير طلبات الشراء للأصناف التى وصلت حد الطلب ومتابعة عملية التوريد. استلام قطع الغيار الواردة سواء المحلية أو المستوردة بعد فحصها وقبولها من المشرفين أو الفنيين. حفظ وتخزين قطع الغيار في أماكنها المخصصة مع تمييزها بكود الصنف مع اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة التي تضمن عدم تلف قطع الغيار أثناء فترة التخزين. الإنشاء والتحديث الدوري لكروت الصنف لقطع الغيار الموجودة بالمخزن، وتسجيل الحد الأدنى والحد الأقصى ونقطة إعادة الطلب المحافظة علي قيمة المخزون داخل الحدود المقررة. تنفيذ جرد يومي عشوائي على قطع الغيار المنصرفة في اليوم السابق الاشتراك في عمل الجرد الشهري / الربع سنوي لقطع الغيار طبقا لتعليمات الإدارة المالية. العمل على تأمين مخزن قطع الغيار من الأخطار المختلفة وحماية الأصناف الموجودة بداخله. عمل التقارير الدورية الخاصة بمخازن قطع الغيار فى المواعيد المحدده والمتفق عليها الالتزام بتطبيق نظم العمل الجاري تطبيقها بالشركة. **Qualifications** - ** مؤهل متوسط / فوق متوسط / عالى " فني - تجارى "** - ** يفضل من له خبرة بنفس المجال** - ** مهارات الدقة و التواصل مع الآخرين** - ** يفضل مهارات الحاسب (** **word-Excel** **) & اللغة الإنجليزية ( متوسط )** **شروط عامة**: - ** مستوى الوظيفي (حد أقصى 2 مستوى وظيفي أعلى أو باند واحد).** - ** تقرير الأداء عن العامين السابقين (حد أدنى 2 و2 ).** **قضاء عام على الأقل في الوظيفة الحالية.
