**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a** **Spare Parts Development and Sales Manager** for one of our partners in the automotive industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies in line with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential product opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Cost and Budget Management: Work closely with procurement and finance teams to establish product cost targets and manage the development budget.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising product quality.
- Supplier and Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and competitive pricing.
- Market Launch: Develop launch plans and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Manage sales teams with product training and provide technical expertise to customers as needed.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance in the market and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product iterations.
- Evaluate product lifecycle stages and make recommendations regarding product updates, enhancements, or discontinuation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to automotive parts. Ensure product compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and other professionals involved in product development. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree (Automotive mechanical engineering is preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in the same position.
- To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in automotive engineering, product development, and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the automotive spare parts market, are essential.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities are also crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving product development initiatives.

- Establishing and Equipping New Automotive Service Centers.
- Improving Productivity and Reducing Expenses for Automotive Service Centers.
- Managing and Following up Customer Satisfaction Policies and problems Solving
