**Main Purpose**:Develop & Implement the spare parts policy, storeroom systems across PCE plants & Overlooks spare parts working capital budget for 6 plants ( 90 MME) in terms of control, reporting, classification & productivity initiatives related to working capital reduction or effectiveness.

**Accountabilities**:

- Build the right infrastructure by upgrading spare parts storerooms facilities to comply with PEPSI standards within approved budget and audit them periodically to ensure sustainability of standards.
- Develop Organization Capability by training of PCE plants spare parts and technical support managers in Central Engineering.
- Develop regular reports for slow moving items and finalizing the selling of it.
- Create a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking report for Operation Capex; Engineering accounts cost, spare parts and working capital.
Support SAP implementation (blue print, role mapping, training, etc...).
- Develop, implement & track all PR's & PO's related to Central Engineering & Plants.
- To be a link between Central Engineering and Plants, Purchasing and Finance for all activities related to inventory, spare parts, Operation Capex, Engineering accounts
- Follow up the implementation of spare parts policy and tracks any variance and develops an action plans for it.
- Support technical support managers in the consolidation of annual overhauling local and imported spare parts orders.
- Develop and implement SOP's for technical central workshop to cover standard consumption / usage / cost and quality tracking, inventory control and customer satisfaction.
- Track, monitor and control working capital

- day activities of machinery spare parts coding requests received from all plants as per coding procedures.
- Coordinate with SAP Sustain team to ensure the spare parts master data is updated efficiently according to technical requirements.
- Update and maintain backup process (Soft copy) for the master data of spare parts on SAP and archive in appropriate manner.
- Handle and finalize approvals for creating or adding SAP user profile for engineering department team members.
- Lead, monitor & review the machinery spare parts classification on quarterly basis over PCE warehouses to comply with PCE classification policy.
- Update the criticality spare parts list annually for slow moving items of machinery spare parts with coordination with plants' spare parts planners.
- Update and maintain weekly & monthly tracking reports for machinery working capital status and maintenance expenses for all PCE plants.
- Ensure plants spending on engineering cost centers match the engineering chart of accounts on monthly closing.
- Follow up & finalize all issues (Modify PO - Accrual - SAP receiving) related to technical interventions ordered by engineering team with procurement department.
- Direct the received spare parts to the assigned plant in coordination with procurement department, if any.
- Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a requirement.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Very good computer skills, preferable having ICDL certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fast learner - accurate

- Decision - making & problem solving abilities Significant change management experience. Highly analytical.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
