**Purpose of the job**

The Network Performance Assessment Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by conducting regular Voice and Data benchmarking measurement campaigns across Main Axes, Travel Roads, and Hotspots. This critical function involves meticulously evaluating network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and gauging customer perception in comparison to competitors. By conducting thorough assessments and analyzing data-driven insights, the specialist contributes directly to enhancing network quality, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. This role serves as a key driver in delivering superior connectivity and reinforcing customer satisfaction within the dynamic landscape of modern telecommunications.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Act t as the 1st line support, responsible for validating received benchmark logfiles prior to the initiation of the analysis process.
- Conduct thorough analysis of regular benchmarking VIP Axes, Main Roads, and hotspot measurement campaigns to assess customer experiences across Egypt, considering voice and data perspectives across various technologies (GSM, 3G, LTE & VoLTE)
- Generate, compile, and present comprehensive, detailed quality reports on a regular basis, encompassing all required analyses. Provide stakeholders with clear insights into network performance across diverse parameters.
- Maintain reporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the predetermined forecasted schedule to ensure timely delivery of required reports and project.
- Utilize logfile analysis to scrutinize network components, site performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and alarm definitions, ensuring optimal network functionality.
- Troubleshoot and investigate all radio-related issues identified from field benchmark measurements. Provide well-defined root cause analyses for each issue, covering areas such as blocked calls, drops, missing neighbors, low MOS scoring, coverage problems, SRVCC failures, overlapping, TDD, etc.
- Correlate and disseminate all generated reports to the relevant stakeholder teams. Collaborate on necessary actions and monitor progress until resolution.
- Propose recommended corrective actions as needed and ensure resolution within established SLAs
- Prepare insightful presentations of regular benchmark results, making comparisons with previous campaigns to identify degradation or enhancement trends.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, and proactively address issues and network bottlenecks that could potentially impact future performance.

**Job specification**

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Faculty of engineering

**Experience**
- 2-3 years experience in Telecommunication field.

**Skills and abilities**
- Proven experience in network performance analysis, particularly within GSM, 3G, LTE, and VoLTE technologies, 5G is a plus.
- Deep understanding of relevant metrics and analytics of DIFFERENT technologies layers, Depp Layer 2, Layer 3,) for analysis.
- Proficiency in logfile analysis post processing tools and network monitoring software.
