Sr. Supervisor, Qos Benchmarking Projects

**Purpose of the job**

The Network Performance Assessment Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by conducting regular Voice and Data benchmarking measurement campaigns across Main Axes, Travel Roads, and Hotspots. This critical function involves meticulously evaluating network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and gauging customer perception in comparison to competitors. By conducting thorough assessments and analyzing data-driven insights, the specialist contributes directly to enhancing network quality, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. This role serves as a key driver in delivering superior connectivity and reinforcing customer satisfaction within the dynamic landscape of modern telecommunications.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Lead a full team of network performance Engineer analysist and Technicians throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.
- Take ownership of a benchmark Mega project campaigns initiation from defining its strategies, preparing timeline schedule and forecasted BM schedule, allocating the resources till achieving the overall deliverables.
- Act as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication. Provide regular updates, progress reports, and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress on a daily basis, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that encompass benchmark analysis strategies, data collection methodologies, reporting frameworks, and solutions for resolving network performance challenges.
- Provide authoritative guidance and strong technical leadership and expertise in benchmarking measurements, data collection methodologies to his team (Engineers / Technicians) on daily basis.
- Responsible for promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development by of knowledge sharing between team members helps in creating an environment that encourages growth and knowledge acquisition.
- Oversee the validation of received benchmark logfiles daily, to ensure benchmark accuracy and adherence to quality standards before analysis process begins.
- Daily Ensure the generation, compilation, and presentation of high-quality reports that offer deep insights into network performance. These reports should address a wide range of analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Daily Ensures deliverables (Reports, Logfiles) are following the forecasted schedule and delivery process with stakeholders in order to maintain delivery SLAs.
- Responsible to Collaborate closely and follow up with the technical teams ensuring 360 feedbacks till resolution for all reported NW issues discovered throughout the benchmark project.
- Responsible to weekly Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to communicate benchmark results, project updates, highlighting trends, improvements, or areas requiring attention.
- Gather insights to adapt project strategies and deliverables as necessary within the framework of NR while Actively engaging with stakeholders though continuous meetings to understand their new requirements, expectations, concerns, and feedbacks, ensuring project delivery aligns with their needs.
- Following with benchmark vendor over requests, opened tickets and hardware issues till resolution in a timely manner without impacting the project schedule.

**Job specification**

**Education**

Bachelor's or Master degree in Telecommunications, Faculty of engineering

Project Management Certification is a must

**Experience**
- 7-8 years experience in the Telecommunication field.

**Skills and abilities**
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to handle similar benchmark mega projects guiding them through the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery. Successfully navigated challenges and obstacles encountered during project execution.
- Extensive track record of effectively managing projects within the telecommunications sector, showcasing the ability to balance technical complexities, timelines, and resources for optimal outcomes.
- Possess a profound understanding of various network technologies including 2G, 3G, LTE, and VoLTE, with a solid grasp of key metrics at different layers (Layer 2, Layer 3, etc.). Additional knowledge of 5G is a notable advantage.
- Highly skilled in network performance analysis, logfile analysis, and employing project management methodologies to drive accurate assessments and informed decision-making.
- Proficient in using advanced logfile measurement collection tools such as TEMS Paragon, TEMS Pocket, and SwissQual R&S, demonstrating the ability to extract reliable data for comprehensive analysis.
