**Purpose of the job**

Manages ICT projects to ensure project delivery according to defined project plan, allocated cost & related quality standards.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution of projects.
- Manage the relationship with the client by arranging regular meetings and prepare detailed project briefs and clarify specific tasks, milestones requirements.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Track project costs to meet budget.
- Assist in developing detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Monitors project plan track progress.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
- Assess changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Then, Report and escalate to management to get necessary approvals.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Attend meetings, conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

**Job specification**

**Education**
- ICT University graduate.

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years of work experience including 2 years in a similar position.

**Skills and abilities**
- Very good English both spoken & written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong conceptual, analytical thinking, planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent business sense with ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communications skills and team work spirit.
- Ability to understand business cases, cost/benefit analysis.
- Project management certificate is a plus.
