- .- The Business Insights Manager is responsible for evolving our analytics model into a reliable and self-service framework. This role involves collaborating with departments to identify their needs, consolidate and standardize analyses, and enhance overall data processes, while offering high-level consulting and strategic support.**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dashboard Development & Management**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their data needs, ensuring insights align with business goals.
- Evaluate and enhance existing analysis processes, gaining a deep understanding of current data practices.
- Work with regional and global teams to optimize the use of global dashboards for local needs.
- Design, build, and automate Business Insights (BI) reports to support departmental performance and decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest BI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Address data integrity issues and contribute to data governance initiatives.
- Coordinate data sourcing across departments, ensuring data is accessible, optimized, and well-documented.
- Increase accessibility to reports and dashboards through a centralized directory with appropriate access controls.
- Provide regular training, communication, and support to empower users in leveraging BI tools effectively.

**2. Strategic Business Insights**
- Gain a deep understanding of the commercial landscape, including market, product, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with local and global vendors to source relevant data, managing vendor relationships as needed.
- Share knowledge and collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for business improvement and problem-solving through data insights.
- Contribute to brand and market forecasts, performance evaluations, benchmarking, incentive programs, and financial planning.
- Support the creation of effectiveness metrics aimed at enhancing performance.

**3. Insight-Driven Initiatives**
- Lead data-driven initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals and operational rhythm.
- Partner with key business functions (e.g., Sales Operations, Oncology, Medical) to deliver HCP profiling, targeting initiatives, and other strategic projects.
- Support incentive programs through accurate BI data and calculations.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Extensive experience in data science with advanced knowledge of BI tools, database programing, and data verification.
- Proficient in creating complex reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, communication, and presentation skills.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data science, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
