In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our students, parents, and educators. You will assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our e-learning platform. **Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve technical problems related to our platform.
- Assist customers with registration, course selection, and payment inquiries.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices for using our platform.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and improve user experience.
**Requirements**:
- minimum of 6 months experience in customer support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to customer success.
