**Position Title**:AI and Technology Specialist

**About the role**:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI and Technology Specialist to join our Technology and Innovation team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and cutting-edge technologies that align with our strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and systems to address specific business problems. Utilize machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI techniques to create innovative solutions.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve decision-making. Build, test, and validate predictive and prescriptive models.
- Technology Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology. Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to determine their potential impact on the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to understand their needs and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- System Integration and Deployment: Work on integrating AI solutions with existing systems and platforms. Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI models and solutions, making adjustments and improvements as needed to maintain and enhance effectiveness.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for AI models, processes, and systems. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, solutions, and project progress to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience (2-4 years) in AI, machine learning, data science, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
