**Work Location: Cairo,Egypt.**

As an **AI Engineering Supervisor**, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented AI engineers in the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies. Your role will involve overseeing the design, testing, and deployment of intelligent systems, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and reliability.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design AI solutions that address specific business needs, seamlessly integrate with existing systems, and embody the highest standards of information security and ethical AI principles, ensuring transparency, fairness, and data protection.
- Implement AI technologies by developing, testing, and deploying software and workflows.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure continual performance and integration integrity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure smooth integration workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and tailor AI workflows accordingly.
- Lead the technical aspects of AI projects from conception through to successful implementation.
- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems and processes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Document AI architectures, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and software engineering to drive innovation.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams for effective use and maintenance of integrated AI solutions.
- Communicate technical details and integration progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in data science, MLOps, or related role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL and Spark.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience Deep Learning including Computer Vision, NLP, Time series
- Hands on containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CICD, Git concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Jira concepts and methodologies.
