**Senior Regional Technology Specialist - Senior Developer Robotics and Automation**: **Role purpose**: This role is part of the **Global** **D&T** department of HEINEKEN International and Specifically the **AMEE Regional team**, D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. You will be part of the **AME HyperAutomation Hub** **team (AHH)**, which is one of the regional hubs within the Technology stream. AHH is a fusion team focusing on embedding technology into business by identifying & implementing automation opportunities across HEINEKEN AME Operating companies, aligned with the governance and platforms offered by Global Smart Technologies team, which consists of different product teams specialized in RPA (UiPath), Low Code solutions (MS Power Platform / OutSystems), Cognitive AI and OutSystems. **Your responsibilities would include**: - Ensuring optimum performance, availability, and security of solutions are in accordance with security standards and policies, having governance and control adhered in all stages. - Liaise with business SMEs to be a point of contact for automation technical expertise, this can include driving awareness, trainings, and ideation sessions to identify and produce functional requirements. - Conducts business process analysis along with data collection to identify areas for improvement and automation while considering interdependencies. - Translating functional requirements of potential business processes automation into technical design and providing adequate documentation. - Integrate automation solutions with other global solutions and the HEINEKEN data lake. - Deliver product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture. - Pro-actively exploring new technologies, products and features that can be combined with current toolkit. - Driving** **Proof of Value’s and other internal team projects. - Actively participating in all the team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospective - You have Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering. - You speak English fluently. - You have certifications is Power Platform / UiPath / OutSystems or other automations technologies. - Hands-on developing experience working on Power Platform / UiPath projects for at least 5-7 years. - Successful record of contribution as project team lead - Interpret and design database models (SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and SQL) - Ability to combine different technologies in a single solution. - Project Management skills, experience in leading independently automation projects. - supporting and coaching junior team developers - experience with workshops facilitation and presentations - experience with supporting Team Leader, team coordination, workload management - You are courage and passionate to drive projects and really take ownership in making it a success. - You can drive decisions and recommendations about which technology is the most suitable for the business process / problem. - You are analytically and quantitatively strong and highly structured. - You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people. - You are a team player, and you can work effectively at all levels of the product team with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. - You can identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others. - You have can-do and hands-on attitude while dealing with some uncertainty in requirements & features to deliver MVP solutions. - You have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles. - Preferably you have experience with working in an Agile environment. - Preferably you have experience with working with additional technologies like OCR, IDP and/or Process Mining **Nice to have**: - Familiar with Azure DevOps - Experience with Python programming language - Experience with scripting programming languages - Experience with Process Mining tools - Experience in assessing processes, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations, and implementing changes that benefit business performance. - Using API custom-connectors - C# - Git - Visual Studio and continuous integration. - SCRUM.
