**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential investment leads aligned with our investment thesis and target market.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective investors, including contact information and investment preferences.
- Analyze market trends and investor behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on investment criteria, financial capacity, and interest level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors throughout the investment process.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and investor pipeline.
