Senior Product Manager

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Product Manager at Flash, you will own a high‑impact problem space, define the product strategy, and drive product work from discovery through execution and launch, while wielding growth initiatives to accelerate acquisition and retention. You’ll report to the Head of Product and work with a product squad of engineering and design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Continuous discovery**: Lead research efforts to uncover user and merchant needs, pain points, and motivations within your product line.
- ** Problem solving**: Synthesize user feedback, product data, and market signals to define and address high-impact problems.
- ** Assumption testing**: Identify and validate the riskiest assumptions through lean experiments and rapid prototyping.
- ** Product definition**: Translate insights into clear, prioritized product requirements that align with strategic goals.
- ** Analytics instrumentation**: Define tracking requirements based on standardized analytics frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes.
- ** Go-to-market planning**: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships to develop and execute GTM strategies.
- ** Experimentation**: Design and run A/B tests to evaluate different product approaches across user segments.
- ** Growth initiatives**: Contribute to product-led growth efforts across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

**What You Bring**:

- 4+ years of product experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or similar industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated ability to interpret and draw insights from numerical data.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience with B2B or merchant-facing products is a plus.

- Comfortable using product analytics tools like Mixpanel and Metabase for analytics and insight.
- SQL skills are a nice bonus
