Senior Software Product Manager

We are seeking a senior product leader to own strategy, research, roadmap, and cross-functional execution for an enterprise-grade platform focused on orchestration and automation for enterprise customers. Role Objectives

• Define and execute a differentiated product strategy centered on business value realization.
• Lead comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and platform SWOT to produce a gap analysis and a clear, prioritized roadmap.

• Identify and size opportunities across key industries; propose a target customer list and build an offering portfolio map aligned to vertical and segment needs

• Partner with Design (UI/UX) and Marketing to craft a compelling value proposition, messaging, and launch motions that resonate with target customers

• Establish and manage partnerships for two goals: corporate customer lead generation and consumer/community building to expand awareness and adoption.

• Drive continuous discovery: gather customer needs and expectations, analyze product usage and consumption patterns, and translate insights into backlog and roadmap decisions.

• Deliver outcomes: improve activation, time-to-value, expansion, and net revenue retention via product-led and partner-led motions.

• Align product strategy, pricing/packaging, and commercial plans with the Commercial Director's go-to-market objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and Strategy

• Conduct market sizing and trend analysis and perform competitive teardowns across capabilities, pricing, ecosystem depth, and buying centers.

• Develop a detailed SWOT for the current platform and derive a gap analysis with build/partner/buy recommendations.
• Portfolio and Industry Solutions

• Build an offering portfolio map spanning horizontal platform capabilities, solution accelerators, and industry packages.
• Propose lighthouse accounts and design partner lists; create account plans and co-innovation programs aligned with commercial goals.

• Customer Discovery and Analytics

• Define and manage customer discovery tactics (interviews, surveys, …etc.).
• Instrument the platform for usage analytics; define north-star and diagnostic metrics.

• Translate insights into PRDs and roadmap prioritization using transparent prioritization frameworks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Engineering to scope releases, manage trade-offs, and ensure delivery quality, performance, and security/compliance.

• Work with UI/UX on persona-driven workflows for makers, pro-devs, citizen developers, operators, and admins; elevate orchestration UX, governance, and observability.

• Partner with Marketing on positioning, messaging, pricing/packaging, and launch plans; enable Sales and CS with narratives, demos, ROI/TCO tools, and reference architectures.

• Partnerships and Ecosystem
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships to expand products awareness and customer base

. Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product management experience in B2B software products

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.

• Experience in low-code/no-code, workflow/orchestration, automation, BPM, or adjacent platform domains is a plus.

• Proven record leading a platform repositioning or major product evolution from strategy through launch and adoption in B2B contexts.

• Strong competency in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling for build/partner/buy decisions.

• Hands-on experience with product analytics: defining instrumentation, building dashboards, and driving data-informed prioritization.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and ecosystems: APIs, webhooks, eventdriven architecture, iPaaS, RPA, BPMN, process mining, identity and access, and observability.
• Comfort with AI-assisted automation concepts: LLM-enabled builders, copilot experiences, semantic integration, and guardrails.

• Deep understanding of governance, security, and compliance for enterprise software, including multi-tenant SaaS.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling value propositions and enable Sales/Marketing.

• Experience managing partnerships oriented to corporate lead generation and consumer/community building.

• Demonstrated UI/UX collaboration, including persona mapping, information architecture, and task flows for makers/admins.
