We're hiring a Senior AEC Software Engineer to lead BIM software development, manage complex projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with teams to deliver advanced solutions for the AEC industry.

  • +5 years of experience in AEC Software Engineering.

*** Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of advanced BIM applications.

  • Design and implement WPF interfaces following MVVM architecture.

  • Optimize SQL database performance for efficient data management.

  • Handle complex debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

  • Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices.

  • Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to deliver client-focused features.

  • Integrate and customize Revit, AutoCAD, and Etabs APIs/SDKs.

  • Stay updated on AEC industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Develop and refine algorithms to boost application scalability and speed.

  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes via Azure DevOps.

*** Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in software development within the AEC industry or related fields.

* Proven experience leading development teams or managing major projects.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

* Strong expertise in C#, OOP principles, and design patterns.

* Advanced skills in WPF and MVVM architecture.

* Deep knowledge of SQL database design, performance tuning, and optimization.

* Proficient with RevitAPI, AutoCAD API, and Etabs API integration.

* Familiarity with APS and cloud-based AEC platforms (a plus).

* Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on scalability and performance.

* Experience using Git for version control and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
