Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, and insurance to manufacturing industries.
Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency - both internally and with our clients. Currently, we are searching for a Multi-vendor E-commerce platform operation manager to join the big team of professionals. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment times.
- identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of e-commerce operations staff (if applicable).
- Onboarding and managing vendor relationships
- Handling vendor inquiries and resolving any issues
- Negotiating commission structures and fees
- Monitoring vendor product listings for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining a user-friendly platform for both vendors and customers
- Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement
- Implementing strategies to optimize platform performance and drive sales
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
