Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue, increase

conversion rates, and enhance the online customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify

growth opportunities.
- Define KPIs for the e-commerce platform and measure performance against

objectives.
- 2. Website Management and Optimization:

- Oversee the functionality, features, and content of the e-commerce website,

ensuring a smooth user experience and efficient navigation.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance site

performance, including loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO
optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and other tools to optimize user engagement and

conversion.
- 3. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:

- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute campaigns

marketing.
- Develop and manage promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and product

launches to drive traffic and boost sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.

4. Product Management and Merchandising:

- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product information,

pricing, and inventory availability.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that product placement

aligns with trends and consumer preferences.
- Implement cross-sell, up-sell, and bundling strategies to increase average order

value.
- 5. Customer Experience and Support:

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address issues and improve online

customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and enhance the

e-commerce experience.
- Oversee post-purchase processes, including order fulfillment, returns, and

exchanges.

Job Requirements

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rate, bounce rate,

sales, and customer acquisition cost.
- Provide regular reports on sales trends, website performance, and customer

insights.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to make data-driven decisions and

refine the e-commerce strategy.
7. Team Management and Collaboration:

- Manage and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance on best practices

and career development.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, operations, and IT to

ensure alignment on e-commerce objectives and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce and digital marketing trends to bring innovative

ideas to the business.
