As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Front desk specialists, Office Assistants, leading other technicians, designing solutions for challenging problems, managing external contractors, respond to facility and logistics emergencies, and handling multiple projects and daily activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and manage contracts and providers (vendors) for services including security, parking, cleaning, printing, and technology.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including front-desk specialists, office assistants, and messengers.
- Manage admin and facility management budgets and ensure their cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that company facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
- Oversee facility and administrative projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
- Allocate office spaces according to business needs, while maintaining the basic safety and environmental standards.
- Handle and manage insurance plans and service contracts.
- Strategize on processes of procurement, inventory management, and inventory audits.
- Coordinate & Follow up with the finance team to release the payment for third-party facility management service providers and contractors.
- Manages vendors and third-party service companies and always maintains a sufficient pipeline of vendors and service providers that would supply products and provide services up to company standards.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field

**Experience**
- Proven work experience as Facilities Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing administrative, technical and/or maintenance teams

**Knowledge**
- A good knowledge of IT and Technology

**Skills**
- High communication and influencing skills

- Swift and economical Decision-making skills
- The ability to lead and manage teams and projects
