Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. Your role will involve implementing and supporting network systems, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the security and reliability of our network. Duties: - Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and availability - Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access - Manage user accounts and permissions on the network - Install, configure, and support network applications and services - Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems - Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity or performance issues - Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Requirements: - Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios or SolarWinds - Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches - Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation tasks - Knowledge of security protocols (SFTP, SSL, HTTPS) and firewall configurations - Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible is a plus - Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
