**Job Overview**:
Invitro Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, your primary focus will be on conducting in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities within the AI and B2B sectors. You will work closely with our investment team, utilizing your expertise in market analysis to enhance our investment decision-making processes. Your contributions will be vital in identifying high-potential investment opportunities and understanding broader market dynamics, ensuring that our strategies are aligned with current and forecasted industry movements.

**Investment Associate, Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities within specific sectors, enhancing our understanding of the investment landscape in the AI and B2B spaces.
- Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses to evaluate the potential of investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentation materials to facilitate discussions with the investment team.
- Participate in meetings with potential investee companies, focusing on evaluating their market positioning through comprehensive industry analysis.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the existing investment portfolio, utilizing market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and relevant industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in investment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market research findings into the broader investment process and drive business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of investor reports and communications, incorporating market research insights to highlight potential investment themes and opportunities.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial analysis and proficient in financial modeling techniques and valuation methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for creating reports and presenting analysis.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Knowledge of the AI and B2B space.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
