**About the job**:
Dawarha is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Annotator to join our dynamic team. The Senior Data Annotator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotated data for our machine learning and artificial intelligence projects. This role requires a deep understanding of data annotation methodologies, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data annotation tasks according to project requirements and guidelines, including image labeling, text annotation, or other types of annotations.
- Review and evaluate annotated data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines, ensuring high-quality results.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior annotators to help improve their annotation skills and ensure project consistency.
- Identify and escalate issues or challenges related to data quality, annotation guidelines, or project requirements to the project manager or team lead.
- Participate in the development and optimization of annotation processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data annotation methodologies, incorporating best practices into our processes.
- Contribute to developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data annotation, data labeling, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality annotated data for machine learning and AI projects.
- Strong understanding of data annotation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and evaluate annotated data for accuracy and completeness.
- Proficiency in using annotation tools and platforms such as Labelbox, Scale AI, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms is desirable but not required.
