**As Finance Business Partner at **Winncare Nordic, you will support the CEO and the Corporate Finance Department in understanding, monitoring, explaining, improving, and forecasting performance to achieve the financial objectives of the company.

**With direct report** to the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the production of the monthly management and year-end accounts and supporting reports for each business unit. Further, you will enable the management team to monitor performance and make sound commercial, operational and financial decisions based on timely and accurate financial information.

**Your main tasks are**:

- Management, mentoring, and development of a small finance team
- Contribution to the company’s financial strategy and decision-making process
- Ensuring robust financial systems and processes are in place
- Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts, reports, analytical reports, variance analysis, and KPIs
- Group reporting (including profitability analysis)
- Budgeting/forecasting and reforecasting
- Working capital management and analysis
- Preparation of year-end accounts, audit files, reconciliations, and reports
- Management of annual audits and related processes
- Overseeing tax and compliance
- Overseeing export and import compliance
- Developing improved forecasting, analysis, and reporting models

**You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with **financial controlling and reporting processes from a similar role. Further, you have strong leadership and management skills and possess the ability to work collaboratively with all departments (local and within the wider Group), management, and external parties.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Danish and in English, and have a structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
