International Roaming Coordinator Remote

**We are looking for an International Roaming Coordinator**to join our Team**:
The Roaming Coordinator is primarily responsible for facilitating the implementation of roaming services between Primetel and international roaming partners.

**What will you be doing?**
- Contacting new and existing mobile operators/partners regarding Roaming partnerships
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets, focusing on acquiring new partners and penetrating new markets
- Negotiating agreements (IRA and Discount), contract management, and SIM cards management
- Negotiating Special IoT Agreements, and managing the whole process, from contract review to execution
- Monitoring traffic reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Corresponding with vendors providing roaming-related services and international network (SS7 signaling, diameter signaling, GRX, IPX, DIMSI, etc.)
- Collaborating with clearing houses, roaming partners, customer care, marketing, and technical departments#
- Staying informed on GSMA documents and standards, the regulatory environment, and new roaming EU regulations, and ensuring compliance
- Managing retail and wholesale tickets related to SMS, and Roaming, and communicating with other departments to assist in their resolution
- Scheduling tests, monitoring the progress of tests, and facilitating communication between Primetel's IREG team and Roaming Partner's IREG team
- Updating roaming information from all existing roaming partners on the Company's database#
- Assisting in designing & executing the roaming strategy and rates administration for both Inbound and Outbound Roaming products
- Representing the company at local and international roaming events

**We are looking for you if you have**:

- A University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Pro-active, able to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks without compromising on quality
- Able to work effectively in multicultural, multi-geographic environments
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in Telecoms and/or in a Commercial Roaming team and exposure to rates and deals negotiation will be considered as advantage
